Ordering Questions
How do i make a purchase ?
Buying Seawag products couldn’t be easier. Just browse through our product categories, select the appropriate style and colour of any items you wish to purchase and add them into your shopping cart.
After you’ve finished making your selections, click on “Cart” and then on ” Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process the order.
How Quickly will i receive an item i have purchased?

Changes to orders / Cancelling orders
Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they’ve been received and accepted.
We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this.

How do i know my order was placed successfully?
You will also receive a confirmation email which includes your order number and a full summary of the item or items you have purchased.

What do i do if i’m having problems making payment?
Please Email contact@seawag.com if having issues completing payment on this website. We will advise as best we can, but have very little control in this area, so suggest contacting your card issuer or PayPal first if possible.
What do i do if my payment has been declined?
Please check that you have correctly entered all card details, and your billing address is the same as your card issuer or PayPal holds for you. If the problem persists, we recommend that you contact your card issuer or PayPal directly.
PRODUCT & WARRANTY QUESTIONS
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
We apologise if the item we have sent out is incorrect. Please email Customer Services at contact@seawag.com with full details, including your Order Number, so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you and advise what to do with the item sent in error.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM(S) ARRIVES FAULTY OR BECOMES FAULTY OVER TIME?
In the odd event that one of our products arrives faulty or develops a fault overtime, we provide a very fair and honest faulty goods return policy. Please email a photo of the fault with a short description to contact@seawag.com.
If this reason turns out to be a manufacturing fault then we will send you out a brand new replacement.
WHAT WATERPROOF RATING SYSTEM DO WE USE FOR OUR PRODUCTS?
Our smartphone cases are IPX8, 100% waterproof up to 25m/80ft for 30 minutes
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ‘100 PER CENT WATERPROOF’?
We mean that no water will get in if you seal the bag according to the instructions, don’t exceed the stringent conditions under which our bags are tested and keep it protected from getting snagged or pierced.
