Is it safe to purchase through your website?
Security is extremely important to us at Seawag. We have multiple security
measures in place to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized

Financial information, such as credit card details, is used solely for processing your
payment. Payments are handled securely through our payment gateway partners
(Shopify or PayPal), and Seawag does not store or have access to this information.
How do I sign up for your newsletter?

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize for any errors. Please email contact@seawag.com with your order number and details of the incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement.
What if my item arrives faulty or becomes faulty over time?
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a fair returns policy for faulty items. Please email a photo of the fault along with a brief description to contact@seawag.com. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement.
What waterproof rating system do you use?
Our smartphone cases are rated IPX8—100 percent waterproof up to 25 meters (80 feet) for 20 minutes.
What does 100 percent waterproof mean?
This means that no water will enter the case if:
• It is sealed correctly as per the instructions.
• The depth and duration limits are not exceeded.
• The case is not punctured or damaged.
Warranty
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by SEAWAG ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and applies exclusively to SEAWAG-branded waterproof phone cases ("Product(s)") purchased new from our official website (www.seawag.com), our official Amazon store (“SEAWAG” as the seller, or “sold by SEAWAG and fulfilled by Amazon”), or from authorized in-store retail partners.
By purchasing and/or using the Product, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. What Is Covered
• This Warranty covers only manufacturing defects that prevent the Product from performing as advertised when used in accordance with SEAWAG’s published guidelines.
• Covered manufacturing defects include:
• Improper bonding or sealing due to factory error.
• Structural failure resulting from material or assembly defects.
2. What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by or resulting from:
• Misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect
• Punctures, tears, impact, or crushing of the case
• Failure to properly seal the case according to the provided instructions
• Submersion beyond SEAWAG’s published IPX8 rating (up to 25 meters for 20 minutes)
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, pressure, chemicals, or cleaning products
• Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, scuffs, fading, or surface scratches
• Alteration, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Use with non-compatible devices or accessories
Purchases from unauthorized resellers, second-hand vendors, or third-party marketplaces (including Amazon Marketplace sellers not explicitly named “SEAWAG”)
IMPORTANT: This Warranty does not cover damage to any device or personal property placed inside the waterproof case, including smartphones or their contents. SEAWAG assumes no liability for loss, damage, or corruption of data, devices, or accessories used with the Product.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SEAWAG’s total liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the defective Product.
SEAWAG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss or damage of electronic devices, personal injury, lost data, loss of use, or loss of profits.
4. Warranty Eligibility
This Warranty applies only to Products purchased new from:
www.seawag.com
Amazon.com (only if the seller is listed as “SEAWAG” or the product is sold by SEAWAG and fulfilled by Amazon)
Official SEAWAG-authorized retail stores and distributors
Purchases from unauthorized channels are not covered, as SEAWAG cannot verify authenticity, condition, or handling. A valid receipt or order confirmation showing the authorized seller’s name is required for all claims.
5. How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
Email contact@seawag.com with the subject: “Warranty Claim”.
Include:
• A copy of your original proof of purchase.
• A description of the issue and how it occurred.
• Photos or video clearly showing the defect and proof of normal use.
• Product Serial Number.
• For online purchases, include Order Number.
• For store purchases, include the store name and location.
• Our support team will review your claim and may request additional details or return of the defective item for inspection.
6. Remedy
If SEAWAG determines that a defect covered by this Warranty exists, we will, at our sole discretion:
• Replace the defective Product with the same or an equivalent model, or
• Issue a store credit or refund equal to the original purchase price.
• Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Product Use & Care Instruction
Our cases were laboratory tested under conditions simulating immersion to a depth of 25 meters / 80 feet for 20 minutes, meeting the IPX8 standard.
To ensure safe use:
• Read this notice carefully and inspect the case before each use for any damage, especially the clip and locking system.
• Periodically test the case by placing dry paper or cotton inside, sealing it, submerging and shaking it in water for at least 3 minutes, then checking the contents remain dry.
• Always open the case with the locking system facing downward to prevent water droplets from entering.
• Rinse with clean water after exposure to salt, chlorine, sand, or mud, and allow to dry fully before storage.
• Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods and do not use in water above 35°C (95°F).
• For models with earphone output, ensure cables are not caught in the locking system when sealing.
• The neck strap is designed to be strong but breakaway for safety.
• Touchscreens generally do not function underwater; use physical buttons (e.g., volume) for taking photos or videos.
For long product life:
• Wash with clean water after each use and dry completely.
• Store with the case open between uses.
